The Advanced Learning Systems computer-based software provides over 6,000 lessons in Language Arts, Math, Social Studies and Science at K - 12 grade levels. Teachers individualize lesson plans based on student assessment and modify content. Available on all campus computers.

Bedichek promotes the use of Think.com, a free web-hosting service provided to registered schools by Oracle Corporation. Students and teachers can create webpages to publish work and communicate via email with teacher-monitored accounts. Teacher web pages are accessible to parents via this site's Staff Directory.
United Streaming Unitedstreaming.com is a digital video-on demand library. The service provides teachers and students with access to over 26,000 educational video clips and 2,600 full video titles on a K-12 level categorized by subject content or level and correlated to the TEKS. Teachers can create quizes and playlists with bookmarked segments.
RubiStar RubiStar is a FREE tool to help the teacher who wants to use rubrics but does not have the time to develop them from scratch.
QuizStar Instructors access QuizStar from work or at home to create quizzes, including mulit-lingual quizzes, for students to take and review online. Students search for classes online, take quizzes, and review quiz scores.
TrackStar TrackStar helps instructors organize and annotate Web sites for use in lessons.  TrackStar is a starting point for online lessons and activities. Simply collect Web sites, enter them into TrackStar, add annotations for your students, to create an interactive, online lesson called a Track. Create your own Track or use one of the hundreds of thousands already made by other educators. Search the database by subject, grade, or theme and standard for a quick and easy activity.

Understanding Math Understanding Math presents concepts and skills using on-screen manipulatives. Modules available in the IBM Lab, Room100, and in the Dell lab, Room 101, include Algebra, Exponents, Graphing, Probablity, Exponents, Integers, Percent, and Fractions. Numeration and Measurement & Graphing are available only in the Dell Lab, Room 101.
Geometer's Sketchpad With Sketchpad, students can construct an object and then explore its mathematical properties by dragging the object with the mouse. Sketchpad encourages a process of discovery in which students first visualize and analyze a problem and then make conjectures before attempting a proof. Available on all campus computers.

KidBiz 3000

Students in 6th Grade Team 1 Language Arts classes and ESL classes are piloting KidBiz3000. Available to these students at school and at home, KidBiz3000 applies reading skills to writing, technology and business. Every day KidBiz3000 sends each student a news-based reading assignment. All children read about the same event - at their own reading levels - and then complete a set of related activities.
Lexia Reading Lexia S.O.S. Reading Development Program is designed for older students who will benefit from practice in phonetic/decoding skills. Spanish or English directions are selectable by the teacher on a student-by-student basis. Lexia is available in the TIF lab, Room 152, and in Reading classrooms.
Reading Counts Students read library books and test their comprehension with a computer-generated quiz, receiving instant feedback including reward points and congratulations screens. Teachers receive useful reports to easily monitor and manage students' reading achievements. Available on all campus computers.
My Reading Coach My Reading Coach Gold Edition provides a structured, integrated approach to teaching phonics, phonemic awareness, fluency, vocabulary and text comprehension. Available on one library computer and select ESL and reading classroom computers.

Ignite!Learning Science content and skills are presented through videos, songs, animations, and interactive activities correlated to national and state curriculum standards. Ignite!Learning is incorporated as a supplemental program in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Science classes.
