AISD registration information

To the parents of future Clayton Cardinal Kindergartners:

Kindergarten Round Up for 2009-2010 has not yet been determined by AISD; however, we expect it will be on or around Tuesday, May 5, 2009, from 8:15am – 10:30am. This is an opportunity to meet the administration, the Kindergarten teachers, view the campus, and learn about what to do to prepare your child for school.

Children must be 5 on or by 9/01/2009, in order to start Kindergarten.

In order to register for Kindergarten, you will need to submit copies of:

• Your child’s social security card
• Your child’s birth certificate (must have original and provide a copy)
• Your child’s current and up-to-date immunization records
• Verification of your address, such as a utility bill or lease agreement – no phone or cable bills
• The parent’s driver’s license

Children registering for other grades, welcome to our school. Please prepare the items above and contact Joanna Willard, our attendance clerk, for more information. Information regarding your new home address and a lease or contract information will be necessary. We look forward to meeting you.
