Everyone is welcome! You do not have to be a member of the Davis PTA to attend Thursday montly meetings held at 7pm in the Davis library. The scheduled dates for the 2010-2011 school year are listed on the right. The PTA board are parents too, so we do our best to keep the meetings short. So where does the PTA spends the funds it receives? Below is a pie chart showing where the money went in 2008-09 as an example. Current budget reports showing income and expenses are always on-hand at the monthly PTA meetings.
Please Note: Teacher Classroom Supplies includes teacher allowances, library, appreciation, art, PreK Reading Kits. Student Programs Robotics, AR, MARE, Spanish, International Week, Read Naturally, Science Fair, Safety Patrol, Recycling, Math Tutoring. Outreach includes PIE, scholarship, Lighthouse, Hospitality, Student Welfare, Sunshine, Pre-Davis, ACPTA, Website, Signs(Driveway)
