Sports Physicals
For ALL PARENTS of student athletes: Students who are interested in trying-out and/or playing any sport (football, volleyball, track, basketball, tennis, or soccer) MUST have a completed physical form signed by their doctor to the specific team coaches before try-outs. School sports at Gorzycki Middle School are available to students in the 7th and 8th grades.
