It is the student’s responsibility to make arrangements with the teachers for make-up work following an absence.

The parent, however, may make arrangements to pick up work if the student is out for three or more consecutive days. Parents may call the Attendance Clerk at 841-8607 to make arrangements to pick up homework for their child.

On the third day of the absence, parents may call in the morning by 9:00 a.m., and an e-mail will be sent to the child’s teachers requesting homework. Parents may pick up the homework the following day, the fourth day, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the front office. This gives teachers time to gather work for the student.

PARENTS SHOULD CALL ON THE 4TH DAY BEFORE THEY COME, TO ENSURE THAT HOMEWORK IS IN THE FRONT OFFICE.
