Please call Maria Bradley, registrar, at 841-8612 for an appointment. Parents will need to provide the following:

• Proof of Residency (current electric bill, or mortgage contract/leasing contract)
• Student's Current Grades
• Student's Birth Certificate
• Student's Social Security Card (if available)
• Record of Immunizations
• Parent's Driver License

Please bring your originals, and we will make copies for our records.

Change of Address or Telephone Number:
Parents are requested to submit to the registrar in the counseling office a change of address (with current electric bill, leasing or mortgage contract) or telephone numbers. All parents/guardians should give a telephone number where they may be reached during the school day.
