"Hecho en Tejas" bookclub
October-November 2007
The "Hecho en Tejas" bookclub met 4 times in October to read and discuss stories from the book. On November 2, Students, Teachers, Administrators and Members of the community met with several of the authors for a luncheon in the library. The authors read stories from the book and a couple they brought with them.

- The library is open before and after school and at lunch for student use.
- Books are checked out for two weeks and are renewable. Students are financially responsible for replacing lost or damaged books at the current replacement price. Magazines and newspapers can only be read in the library.
- Students may do work in the library during class hours with a signed agenda pass.
- Students must have a printed assignment sheet from their teacher in order to use library computers.
- Only district approved websites may be accessed. Email, chat, games and music are prohibited.
- No Food or Drinks in the Library.
