Obtaining Transcripts

  • Former Students - An official transcript may be obtained from the Registrar’s office. The request must be made in writing either by fax, letter, or by filling out a Request for Transcript form available through the Registrar’s office. Please provide the name used when attending school, date of birth, year of graduation (if applicable), mailing instructions, and contact phone number. The fee is $2.00 per transcript. Turn-around time is usually 24 to 48 hours from receipt of request.
  • Current Students - An official transcript may be obtained from the Registrar’s office using the Request for Transcript form. The first five transcripts in a given school year are free. Transcripts for ACC Early College Start are free as well as transcripts for college scholarships. Additional requests are $2.00 each. Turn-around time is usually 24 to 48 hours from receipt of request.
