Ineligible students become eligible, if passing all classes at the end of the 1st six-weeks grading period. Students not passing at the end of the 1st six-weeks grading period become ineligible. |

October 30, 2009 |
Ineligible students become eligible, if passing all classes at the end of the 3 week evaluation period. Students who were passing at the end of the 1st six-weeks grading period remain eligible. |
November 6 |
November 13, 2009 |
Ineligible students become eligible, if passing all classes at the end of the 2nd six-weeks grading period. Students not passing at the end of the 2nd six-weeks grading period become ineligible. |
November 30 |
December 7, 2009 |
Ineligible students become eligible, if passing all classes at the end of the 3 week evaluation period. Students who were passing at the end of the 2nd six-weeks grading period remain eligible. |
December 17 |
January 12, 2010 |
Ineligible students become eligible, if passing all classes at the end of the 3rd six-weeks grading period. Students not passing at the end of the 3rd six-weeks grading period become ineligible. (See Holiday Rule) |
January 25 |
February 1, 2010 |
Ineligible students become eligible, if passing all classes at the end of the 3 week evaluation period. Students who were passing at the end of the 3rd six-weeks grading period remain eligible. |
February 19 |
February 26, 2010 |
Ineligible students become eligible, if passing all classes at the end of the 4th six-weeks grading period. Students not passing at the end of the 4th six-weeks grading period become ineligible. |
March 12 |
March 29, 2010 |
Ineligible students become eligible, if passing all classes at the end of the 3 week evaluation period. Students who were passing at the end of the 4th six-weeks grading period remain eligible. (See Holiday Rule) |
April 16 |
April 23, 2010 |
Ineligible students become eligible, if passing all classes at the end of the 5th six-weeks grading period. Students not passing at the end of the 5th six-weeks grading period become ineligible. |
May 7 |
May 14, 2010 |
Ineligible students become eligible, if passing all classes at the end of the 3 week evaluation period. Students who were passing at the end of the 5th six-weeks grading period remain eligible. |

GRACE PERIOD |
All Grading and Evaluation periods are followed by a 7 day grace period which ends at the end of the school day. |

HOLIDAY RULE |
All Students are eligible during a school holiday of a full calendar week or more. |
