Dear Parents and Guardians,
Our year is quickly winding down. We have important testing taking place
in grades 3, 4, and 5 coming up next week. Please be sure to have your
child at school on time. Make sure that she/he has a good meal that morning
and provide your child with two pencils. We appreciate your support.
Attention Fifth Grade Parents: There should be a letter regarding Fifth
Grade Activities attached to your newsletter. Please request one if you
don't have one. You can attend the Fifth Grade Activities Meeting on April
19, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. in the library.
Odom's Mr. McNeil won Austin's Teacher of the Year Award. Congratulations,
Mr. McNeil. Odom is proud of you!
Our librarian Mrs. Garcia will be having a book fair in the library to
purchase more library books for next year on May 2, 2005. More information
will be coming you about the book fair. This will be a great way to get
some good books to keep your child reading over the summer.
