| Fri, Sept 3 | SCHOOL-WIDE PICTURE DAY-Students WILL BE ALLOWED to be out of Paredes standardized dress code for their pictures, PLEASE follow AISD dress code guidelines. Photographer will take order form and payment for pictures on FRIDAY. If you have any questions please call the Front Office (512)841-6800 |
| Tues, Sept 7 | After-School 21K program begins, Morning programs will be from 7:00am-8:00am Afternoon programs will be from 3:30pm-5:30pm. Bus transportation will be provided to students that enroll in program. Forms available in the Front Office and MUST be returned by Sept. 7th. |

What's needed for registration at Paredes?
Parent connection now available! Parent Connection allows access to your child's current grades, assignments, future assignments, and attendance! Triggers can also be setup so that emails will automatically be sent to the parent for any attendance or grade issues. All parents should have received by mail their child's PIN number. To register, the parent goes to https://gradespeed.austinisd.org. For additional information, please call the front office at 841-6800.
Standardized Dress Code update: Paredes has a standardized dress code for all students. Please click here for our dress code requirements. (Suggested vendors: All Academy, Target and Wal-Mart stores.) It is our expectation that ALL students will be dressed appropriately and be in class learning.

Paredes Outdoor Classroom Nationally Recognized! The outdoor classroom was completed last Spring with a $5,000 grant from the Lowe's Toolbox For Education Grant. The project was completed by the Paredes PTA and Boy Scout Troop 403. Click here to see our outdoor classroom being nationally recognized!
