AIMS: Austin ISD Instructional Management System
AIMS, or Austin ISD Instructional Management System, is AISD’s unique web-based solution for housing and viewing student information and test data, including AISD benchmark assessments. This system allows teachers to access on-demand student information for the purposes of identifying students’ strengths and needs in order to individualize instruction, and for personalizing their own professional development.
Teachers, campus administrators and district leaders are also utilizing AIMS as a management tool for collecting, storing, extracting and displaying an array of student performance information. The use of both pre-established and flexible reports, organized and displayed in a variety of helpful formats, is transforming the district’s ability to make strategic decisions about constellations of students, programs, resources, and training so that equity of outcomes for all students can be achieved.
