MIDDLE SCHOOL
In Austin ISD middle school students use technology as a tool to promote and extend learning on a daily basis. Our approach is to provide teachers with the skills and tools they need to integrate technology into the core curriculum.

Jean McCray teaches Web Design at Paredes Middle School and is an avid user of technology. She has been integrating Flash Animation into her curriculum for the past several years. Most recently, she participated in an Instructional Technology/Intel Collaborative Grant project entitled: "Community Stories." Her students created Flash Animation describing "who they are."
