"Why can't I hear the audio in these tutorials?"
These tutorials have a voice track for the online guide that requires speakers to benefit from the instruction. If you have speakers, make sure they are not muted. Turn up the volume if they have a volume control or go to your computer's sound control panel or system preferences and make sure the volume setting is turned up.
"Why do I get a blank screen when I open a tutorial?"
The Flash plug-in is needed to view these tutorials. See the Flash section above for installation instructions for this player.
"How do I introduce this to my campus staff?"
We recommend you schedule a 15 minute introduction at one of your next staff meetings.
1. Distribute the the Staff Introduction handout.
2. Show the Quickstart movie clip .
3. Provide each teacher with his/her class list with user names.
4. Download, modify, print, and distribute the parent introduction letter to your parents as appropriate.
