The client version of Lotus Notes is accessed by launching the shortcut/alias on the computer the teacher uses for taking attendance.

The client will be set up for the user by Desktop Support with a unique id file. The first time a person launches Lotus Notes the password will be “password” but this should be changed  by selecting Lotus Notes > Security > User Security > Change Password.

Webmail is the browser version of lotus notes and can be accessed by typing http:/webmail.austinisd.org in the address bar of the browser.
